We come about once a month because the kids love the appetizers. Every 3rd visit is a disaster. Today, the restaurant was out of blue cheese. No black and blue burger for this guy. Ok chop house burger medium instead. Take the first bite only to find a burger that was barely browned on both sides. Pretty sure it mooed at me.
Friendly servers and Great food !
We went for free burgers for teachers and were told that our wait would be 40 minutes. We waited 40 and went to check in with the host and were told it would still be over an hour. My father made it very clear that we would not be returning because we had driven 40 minutes to sit and waste 40 minutes because we would’ve never waited over an hour. There were 2 of us for a late lunch. I ordered the turkey burger on a sesame bun. My burger came on a whole wheat bun. The waitress said she would switch the buns ( did not apologize) I shared I had an allergy to the bun and would need the burger remade. She stated “you didn’t say you had an allergy”. Didn’t think I had to if you would have brought what I ordered. The female manager brought out my burnt turkey burger. No problem. Very disappointed with our last experience. We had an order for pickup and it was missing items. When we called we waited on hold for manager that never picked up. We called back and left name and number and still have not received a call from the manager.
