We celebrated my granddaughter's birthday and our waiter was great. She turned 7 and he was kind and also sang to her. Dinner was yummm
Obviously they have shady employees! Was there yesterday for a kids birthday party. Not even 10 mins of leaving i forgot the birthday card there with a $25 gift card in it. I called right away, they telling me nothing was found! Im sorry, how do u not see a birthday card with a gift certificate in it!! STICKY FINGERS!!
Tonight was the first time we got a To-Go order from RR. It will never happen again. When I got our food home I noticed the following issues: 1. We ordered a cod and shrimp dinner and got a shrimp and chicken dinner. 2. Our fries were not seasoned (that's the best part of the fries) 3. We got a BBQ pork and chips appetizer and all of the cheese was in a pile in the corner and was cold. (Gross) 4. EVERYTHING was Cold. Burgers, appetizer, chicken, shrimp fries. Nothing worse than cold fries.
Red Robin is cool. they got a lot of good tasty burgers , and a lot of people think this place is popular and I think it's for good reason. The service is good, the food is good, the little entertainment thing on the table is good, you can pay your bill there and everything! four stars
