Food was good service a little slow but friendly nice atmosphere
We were there yesterday around 2pm. We wanted malts but our waitress said they used so much ice cream the night before that there wasn't any. That was disappointing. I feel that's the managers fault. How can you Advertise having something and then you're out of it. The food was good but service was slow. There were plenty of empty tables as it was in the middle of the day. I don't plan on going back to soon.
Service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The food was over cooked and dried out . The waiter was never around . I paid at the little computer at the table and we were putting out coats on and the waiter finally shows up and asks if we need anything. The is yesterday March 24th by Southridge . You have lost me as a customer .
Had a guac bacon burger with no bun, one with bun and a black & blue burger. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and who could resist the endless FF. (No doggy bag, sorry Whiskey Doodles)
Delicious food as usual. Ordered a chocolate shake and it was put in a warm glass - didn't impress me. The wait was expected. We just started our meals and the server asked if we needed more fries. Considering we just started - no we didn't. She asked too early. It was a busy night but there were a lot of tables not cleaned off, napkins and such on the floors. Lack of communication between the hostess and the manager(not sure if that's who she was). All in all I will return - love that Royal Robin Burger!
There were at least 20+ open tables and another 5 that needed to be cleared. However we were told there was a 20 min. What because they were short staffed. Poor planning and management!!! Also the restrooms were a mess. The garbage had not been empties in a while and was overflowing. #fail
Servers excellent, food excellent. A little noise but will go back.
