My friend and I were at your Red Robin today and we each ordered your Pub Burger, and it did not disappoint! Was delicious. Reminded me of Big Boy hamburgers! Had sweet potato fries with that, they were good!

Very disappointed in the manager on duty. I called my order in at 3:15pm and said I'll pick it up at 4:45. When I told them my name the manager went to get my food and came back with a very puzzled look on his face and went to check again. I did get there at 4:45. Finally I asked the hostess to please get the manager. I said so my order was never placed and he said yes it was it's just their very busy. It was almost empty inside. I said no if ur ordering carryout. if u do check ur meal to make sure its what u ordered. Dining in I had no issues it was only carryout
