Usually we enjoy going to Red Robin but today their customer service sucked! Service was slow and we got "kicked out" of the bar area because we had a small child... this was after they said that we could seat ourselves in there after we disclosed that we had a child. We get why we weren't able to sit there... but the manner in which it was handled was completely inappropriate. I have been going to Red Robin for quite a while now and I've had nothing but good experiences everytime, service great, food good, pricing reasonable. Service staff very friendly and helpful.

Service was decent but had to wait almost 25 minutes for my food in a nearly empty restaurant. And when I got my food it was burned and over cooked and dry as hell. WONT be going back to this location again!!
We came in as a Party of 15, gave them a heads up and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, and we still could not be seated together, i guess they didnt like us cause we were Cowboys Fans �
I went in during lunch rush. About 2 minutes after sitting down my waitress came over to take my drink order and asked if I was ready to order my meal. I asked her several questions about the food and she patiently answered them. My meal came out in less than 10 minutes along with another order of bottomless fries. The food was cooked perfectly though I wish the lettuce leaf was a bit smaller. I never felt rushed, instead I felt welcomed. Great job, RR.
I rated it it's okay because the food was okay however we had A9 top all family members last night food was okay although we sat there for a long time with no refills while we waited for our food and still no refills after we ordered a bottomless chips and guacamole the server that brought it out told us he would get a refill never did we finally got one towards the end of our meal after we asked for it twice went to the restroom no toilet paper in the Ladies Room in any of the Stalls all in all not the greatest experience
