I would say its OK I thought the fries would've been better seasoned.
I had the Banzai salad, and I was wondering why they would serve a salad with old lettuce? The dark greens are old and mushy, and turning dark, and the iceberg lettuce is all white,
The people who work here never cease to amaze me! I take one of my clients here in particular and there is gentlemen of the name Josh who remembers him and his order. And today I witnessed another server going completely out of her way to help a handicapable gentlemen with his meal. Red Robin knows personal service for sure! Food was good, but the service sucked tonight.
obviously I had rate this to make a comment they don't even deserve a star! poor customer service! the host could not take our name down with the party size correctly an the general manager has his head so far up his ass an so disrespectful couldn't even apologize to my sister! never coming here again till there is something done an some course of action towards customer service!
Hate the new tabletop computer system. Our favorite burger joint has become the most expensive fast food restaurant around. Bad service, recycled atmosphere (like Applebee's) This new remodel has killed RR for us. Today was our last visit ever RR- can you recommend a new burger joint for our family?
Pretty much awesome 98% of the time!! Good drinks as well!
