Great delicious tasting hamburgers & a great atmosphere!!
The waitress was a little rude. Got fed cold chicken they did not even bother to give a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience of having to wait for a hot one. Went there for a birthday so we're a few other tables only 1 got sung to. We were willing to give it one more chance but still get poor service we are never going back.
Red Robin is one of my favorite restaurants and I only treat myself and family every so often. I drove across town to pick up my online order and was so excited, especially when I got offered complimentary fries for the first time ever (RR fries are my fave!). I got home and realized they had forgotten my stepdaughters shake. It's partly my fault for not remembering I guess, but I feel it's not my job to remember. Ordered Ensenada chicken. Asked for light spices. 20 minutes and it arrived with the heaviest spices I've ever seen. Asked for a re-do and another 15 minute wait and it arrived with no spices. Manager came by, apologized and left. Offered nothing ....hubby ate his dinner.....I watched....bartender brought me a salad........discovered why the manager was rushed and couldn't be bothered - he was out back smoking visiting with the cook. Bartender was a decent waitress but was also too busy to be waiting on tables.
Good food, but the waiter, Gump, went out of his way to help this Grandad have a nice meal with two grandkids, ages 3 & 5. Extra cherries in the Shirley temples, and he was happy to split their child's meal. He was outstanding and you should definitely ask for him next time you're in. This California Grandad was highly impressed!
This is one of our favorite places to take the kids! We always get the best service and the food is always delicious.
I was told I would have to wait an hour or more for a table when we could see empty tables I was told that they just didn't have a server to take our order. the hostess was rude and would not make eye contact when talking to me very sad that this is poor service is not a isolated event.
My son and I were treated to two excellent burgers, and excellent service from our server Gump. Can't wait to go back!
