Great burgers and great gluten free options. Red Robin is my favorite burger restaurant. Great service
Went there last night with the family. Supposedly should have been bottomless fries, but our waitress didn't check on us for at least 20min, and when she did come to the table again we were promptly asked if we were ready to cash out. My kids asked for refills on their drinks which totally took her off gaurd. Not a good experience at all.
Over all very good food. We sat in the bar area and it was way to cold and my food got cold faster than I would have liked. Pretty crowed too and when the hostess called names she was not very thrilled as she did not call the name twice nor did she bother to walk around or outside to see if the family was outside. First of all, the hostess was not very welcoming. She was leaning on the hostess stand with her face in her hand, looking bored. Not one smile. She was also sloppy. The waiter never came back to check on us. The salted caramel shake was WAY too salty. Not worth the $45 we spent.
Thank you and big KUDOS to Red Robin for the kid free bar area! It's so refreshing to go into a bar in a restaurant and not have to deal with kids. If I have to sit in the bar for happy hour prices, I should not have to contend with any kids for a seat in that bar nor should I have to listen to them. I wish other Colorado restaurants would quit allowing kids in the bar area.
Our waitress was very good however I seen another waitress in the kitchen touching the food lifting the Buns up and looking to see what kind of meat was under it several times. The food took forever! When we came and I checked in the guy at front desk said we had a 15 min wait! I asked WHY? ONLY four tables in the dining area being used! Two mins. Later he calls our name! What's going on??
