We use to be regulars at Red Robin but my daughter graduated so things changed. We decided to go back since we love it. Our service was absolutely terrible. The food was good as usual though. The reason I’m going 4 stars is the manager was absolutely awesome. I wish I had gotten his name. He fixed a couple of things that weren’t quite right and basically became our server.
The Royal Robin is my favorite! I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
Very disappointed. Came in a little early for dinner around 4:30 pm and ordered the Sir Acha burger. I'm certain the patty had been pre-cooked at an earlier time and was both dry and overcooked. The onion straws were almost burnt and there was truly no flavor to the burger at all, let alone being spicy. On a positive note the fries were good. Probably my last trip there.

Let me start by saying, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had a feeling to go to chili's, I should have done it. Receptionist seated us in front of a FILTHY kitchen entrance. Said it was the only seat available and 1 minute later walked by us with a party the same size as ours and gave them the seat I asked for. My husband and I ate there last week and it was horrible. There was food on 3 pieces of silverware, my husbands bun was so dry it completely crumbled and the last straw was a piece of 1” piece of plastic in my patty! We walked out and won’t be back. The manager didn’t seem to care...
Great service and food. Awesome people who have good manners.
The burger on this visit was not up to par to those in the past. The patty was too thin. I wondered if perhaps they gave us the small burger instead of the Red Robin burger
So today I went to Red Robin with my husband, we both ordered the taco-something-burger which on the menu looked tasty and big (I was starving and wanted the biggest burger of the menu). Turns out they brought a burger that looks like it belonged to the kids menu and it only had meat and cheese (The menu says that it has 2 layers of meat, guacamole, tortilla strips, tomato, cheese and lettuce).
