It was horrible!!! We waited 2 hours for cold food. We watched ppl come and go. The server struggled and did his best.... Management was not apologetic. Worst$50 spent EVER.💔😔
Two words.....stay away. Service was terrible. Food was cold. Asked 3 times for ranch and honey mustard. Employees seemed more excited about the Christmas party which was evident with the foul language. Red Robin is one of my favorite places but the Montgomery location is one place I will never go back too.
As you wait for your food it seems every employee is gathered at one table just being loud and could care less about anything going on around them.
Definitely won't be back. Food and service awful. Fries were over cooked and cold. Burger was room temp. They ran out of Dr Pepper, milkshake machine broke and we could barely find a server to even fill water glasses. Total waste of money for an overpriced burger
Have had bad service here more than once. Was seated tonight for ten minutes and not one person came to our table. We left and told the hostess why. No reason for it, hardly anyone in the restaurant.
The service is lacking something serious! Our server was slow, never asked if we needed refills, didn’t bring utensils until we asked for them and only after we had to ask someone else for something did she ask us if everything was ok. We were continually passed by what looked like a floor manager that never once looked our way or stopped by to see why I wasn’t touching my food. I asked for no salad (lettuce, tomato,onions) on my burger and the server looked at me like I was crazy.
It wasn’t what I thought it would be.
If you’d like to celebrate your birthday that’s 2 months away, go to Red Robin because you’ll be there almost that long. Horrible service, waitress was MIA, they dropped FIVE trays of food/dishes/whatever while we were there, there was a woman (presumably an off-duty employee) in street clothes and house slippers shuffling back and forth from the kitchen to behind the counter.
