My family and I always enjoy the food at Red Robin. The manager on duty Donovan Givan was so pleasant.
Brandy was super nice! Food was delicious.
I went because it was my birthday. Normally the food and serveice is excellent but this time it was terrible. The server put us at a table that wasn't clean or level. My drink took forever and it was a shake. My food when it was finally delivered was ice cold. Everyone else's was hot. She never checked on us at all. It will be a long time before we will go back.
A friend and I wanted to enjoy a burger and catch up during dinner tonight at the Montgomery location of Red Robin. Your kitchen staff was listening to loud music, hollering at each other, and using profanity the entire meal. My friend and I were unable to visit because of the kitchen staff.
