My burger was good except it was to well done they didn't ask how I wanted it cooked
The food was good and service was okay. Server was friendly but not super knowledgeable. Restaurant was filthy though! Floors were slippery with grease film. Carpet has not been vacuumed. Booth had not been wiped very well. Windows had food and grease caked on sills!!!
First time to ever visit Red Robin’s - the server was nice, but apparently had to many tables. Would have been nice to know about up-charges for onion rings and some entertainment fee??- and that drinks were $2.99 each- somehow 2 $12 burgers and a $5 kids meal turned into a $50 meal- the mushroom burger was nice- the tea was so sweet my straw literally stood alone! lol will just have to ask more questions and to feed next time
Food was good, seems kind of not up to standards, broken front door, dirty bathroom floors, and the red leathers chairs seem to be very greasy, when you move them to sit down. Service was ok. But not. What it use to be....

Food was good. Service was poor. Started out ok, but I was done with my sandwich by the time I got my campfire sauce, which I asked for at initial order and then again when food was delivered and again when he brought refills to the table. He asked if we wanted a refill on my daughters mac n cheese when he delivered our food. We waited and waited. When he came back to ask if we needed anything else. We said the Mac n cheese refill. Went Saturday night to get a jump start on a Mother's Day dinner. Great food & our server was phenomenal!!
Very good food and shakes love the new specials! Cant wait to try more options!
The food was as great as always, but it took over a half an hour to get our burgers to the table even though there were only a few tables in the restaurant.
