“Slow” is not the word I would use more like “horrible”! I LOVE Red Robin’s burgers but the service is ALWAYS horrible. I have tried to go back many times hoping it will change but I have now given up on them. From someone who has worked in the food industry this is just sad. I’m sure it is just bad management but come on Corporate... step your game up and look into your Montgomery restaurant or it will be another empty building.
we went in and waited for a hostess and she went to the back and another girl took us and seated us at a table that was nasty under and on top. once we sat down we were there 5 minutes and no one came so we left. so disappointed.
