My husband and I both visited this establishment today and we were once again disappointed. We have been multiple times and every time we start a timer. A server never spoke to us for over 11 mins. Not even to get a drink order, so we left. The food is always good but the service is beyond poor. Do NOT recommend Montgomery location.
This is our favorite place to eat. Love the bottomless fries as well as their healthier options. The staff is always very pleasant.

Just on a whim decided to stop. Waitress was amazing and our food came out pretty fast. Seemed to be a lot of new people training, but overall was a good experience. Will be going back soon.
Bun was old, burger tasted good but barely had the "special sauce" on it.
Been to several Red Robins, this one was the worse. Cold food and awful service
My granddaughter really enjoys going to Red Robin. This is her "go to" place for her birthday. The burgers are always awesome. Looking forward to our next visit.
Got cheese burger with fries was awesome first time going there.
