This was by far the WORST experience we have ever had. We had a waitress name Jalyn (I think..she barely spoke and was never around..) we got greeted and got our drinks then nothing until our app rolled around 15 mins late I was already done with my drink but she never even came to check on us so I had to ask for my drink.Then we wait for our food mine is cold and my daughters is wrong so I send it back she comes back five minutes later with the right order then disappears.. finally have to find her to get our check because ... read more
10 minute wait and Michelle took good care of us. Ordered the smoky burger and the black and blue burger for the wife.
Excellent service, great food, excellent customer service
After waiting 5 min at the door to get seated.. we get a table.. Sit there for 15 min and not one person came to our table to even get a drink order.. maybe 4 tables seated in the whole building.. everyone was near the kitchen crowded up talking and laughing.. when we got up to leave they had the nerve to tell us to have a good night.. service is beyond horrible.. ill stick to the harbison location..
Very good food! Had a little struggle with paying the bill because the the little computer on the table didn’t work properly. It took the waitress a good bit of time to get it straightened out.
We were a family of 11 and we had the most fantastic server. The food was excellent but our server made the experience. She was right on it with any request and even took a picture of the whole table for us. Enjoyed the evening greatly. I will visit again.
I eat at RR about twice a month. Yesterday my fish sandwich really bad. And they charged me for half. Only time I've been unhappy but still....
