The food was delicious � and the service was phenomenal.
Seated after 10 minute wait but when finally get to the table order a Long Island Iced Tea it was nothing but lemonade food was cold bun falling apart being two over hours for Burgers and Fries. But worse part is we got our food after three couples that came in after us got theirs. My fiance and had a good experience here before this.
This was the second time I was served a raw chicken teriyaki burger. There will not be a third time!!
I love the whole “fry with every order deal”! And I never knew they had entrees, or anything other than burgers. The chicken Ensenada was delicious.. juicy tender, wonderfully seasoned. Well-prepared!
Good Afternoon, We visited your restaurant roughly 6 weeks ago and had a rather poor experience. BUT, that is not what this email is about! NO, NOT EVEN CLOSE!! You were kind enough to give us a credit on my royalty account. We were out shopping and running errands and thought we would pop in and use it today. 3/3/18 originally told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Finally got a table 40 minutes later. Waitstaff completely botched 2 of the three orders. Got the bill and five dinners on it. The three we ordered and the two screw ups. Getting the check fixed took another 10 minutes. Really bad visit - well over hours of aggravation. I think I'll spend my money somewhere else next time!
Well if there was a 3.5 for the wait time which was about 25 minutes I would put that down, but it was around 5 on a Sat so can't be too mad, but after being seated our waitress was pretty busy but came back often to check on us ! If I could put a 5 for the delicious new burger I had I would ! The egg burger was by far the best there yet! Maybe next visit I'll pick a later time than peak dinner time!
