Been sitting here 50 minutes. Waitress came by 15 minutes after being seated, took our complete order, dropped off the drinks and we haven’t seen her since.
The service was great but their is no way they can call them a Gourmet Burger. They were so paper thin it was like eating a burger from the .49 hamburger stand!!!
Last few times we have went the service was horrible, food orders are always wrong and the food was cold when it got to the table.
food was not done ....wait too long ...58.oo and food not done? also had to wait way to long for condiments..first and last time. four people all complain while we were there. we didn't we just paid and left!! Be warned !!!
we waited 40 minutes for cold food, my husbands burger wasn't even warm. My avocado cobb salad didnt even have acocados! When we approached the manager he pretty much shrugged his shoulders so we paid for our drinks and walked out. horrible!!! and they weren't even that busy! we went to @Top Dawg where the service was fabulous and the food was hot! lesson learned!!!

Took husband for his bday...while they were out of pretzel bites (his fav) and my wine ...we had a great meal and service by Kayce was amazing !!!

My wife Lori & I just went to Red Robin at Sand Hill Village in Columbia SC and had a wonderful lunch for Veterans Day ! While there I saw a special table set up for the ones who never came home, very touching sight! Thank you Red Robin Restaurants!
