Better cooks, more attentive wait staff.
I used to like this place been many times and it was great. Over the last several months the quality and service have both severed. On Sunday October 14th we went to grab a burger before going to the movies. This is a fairly common behavior for us maybe once or twice a month. At any rate I was struck by noticing the health sticker on the door was not the familiar A but instead they now have a B. The burgers weren't good and they got my order wrong and after we waited almost 45 minutes for our order I wasn't going to send it back. The bottomless fries weren't bottomless because the waiter never even came back to our table to check on us and ask did we need anything. I've had a better burger from Wendy's. Disappointed to say the least and won't be returning. I did still give the waiter a 20% tip because well...I have class.
Me and my family love this place but lately it seems the wait time for getting a table has increased. If I believed that our wait time was due to being extremely busy with no tables that’s completely understandable, but when we do get our table that doesn’t seem to be the problem. The wait staff seemed to be overwhelmed with trying to do their job plus bus the tables. I had Teriyaki chicken sandwich with cole slaw and it was delicious!!
We were there Sunday evening.. there might have been 16 customers crammed in the bar area... another 6 to 8 around the rest of the restaurant. When I declined bar seating I was told it would be a 15 minute wait.. I have pictures... 3 people could have waited these tables. This is why we have gone to RR in 3 years and will likely NEVER again
First time going to Red Robin I am from North Carolina in the area for a while and decided to try it. I had the smoke and pepper burger I think it was called and garlic fries and also took an Oreo shake to go overall the food was ok I guess I expected more like more fulfilling burgers? And it took a while for the food and shake to come which was a downside to me the waitress we had was very friendly and that’s a plus but overall just wasn’t overly impressed but not bad.
