We were there to spend family time together. The food was slow but very tasty. We were a party of 8 @ 12:30 on a Sunday. The fries were abundant, but Luke warm. We had some trouble with the machine that was supposed to let you pay out with ease. It wouldn't swipe any credit/gift cards. Thank goodness for our waiter, Scott, he was amazing. He helped cash us out and was just a great guy through out our meal.
My sever was not good. He had me change my order to help me "Save money" but didn't get it right. He had a nonchalant attitude as if he didn't care about serving us. I wasn't sure why we were getting so much attitude because he laughed and smiled with his other tables. I won't be going back anytime soon.
Usually food and service top-notch. Not yesterday. Cheeseburger bun was soggy, I had to ask for sauce for my onion rings, had to wait too long for a tea refill.
The burger was great but the fries was a little cold and it took a little too long to get my refill of fries
Great food and drinks with good service. Never had a bad meal.
Great family restaurant! My daughter hosted a birthday party for me with 16-20 people present. The waitstaff and everyone at Red Robin made this a very special occasion for me. Thank you very much!!!
