Went for a promotion that was nation wide for teachers to get a free meal. When we arrived at 4:30 they already had a 1 hr wait. Looking through the store it was empty. I can only assume they didn’t have enough servers for how many people were coming in. When I say the place was empty - at least 50-70% of the tables were empty tables. A lot of very upset and frustrated people looking at empty tables.
So you stop taking names on the day JCPS gets a free meal and then l get a ticket for a free appetizer. Where are the two equal?
Four of us were there today,4/28/18, sat,ordered our meal...and then after waiting an hour our meals still were not brought to us. One of your servers even told us the kitchen c oops were terrible. We walked out and never did get our food. Sorry, I'll never go to that Red Robin location again!
Doesn’t take reservations and cannot accommodate groups larger than 10 well enough. Burger was burnt. The promotion of overeating by offering bottomless fries is just sad.
Customer service stinks. Went in there at lunch time and there was a 45 minute wait. Mind you half the restaurant was empty but they very rudely announced that the section was closed. Will not be visiting again.
Always have a great meal at Red Robin!!!! My favorite is the BBQ Whiskey burger with onion rings!!!!
