We ate here last Saturday afternoon. The food was great but the service was terrible! After our food was brought to us the waitress NEVER came back. We had to get up and get our own refills! If I wanted to wait on myself I would have stayed at home! I doubt we will be back.
very poor service...nasty cold fries and burgers...told the manager about it they replaced the food ..it was even worse then the first order that went back...will not go back there again just poor terrible service and food...just very disappointed at RED ROBINS RESTAURANT....🤮🤮😤😤😤
I was was able to stop for food without kids and family. one person can surely get a table and burger at 6:35pm. The greater went to tables to check came back and suggested I take a table in the bar. went to bar waiters 10 mins no one spoke to me and I was at the bar. I went back and she seated me. 5 mins she came back and asked about a drink. iced tea.
