Our service was horrible, when our food finally came out it was cold and to top it off there was aluminum foil inside my sandwich! The manager did discount our bill but the server acted like it was no big deal! I will NOT return to this location

I was there the evening of September 1st. Ordered the banzai burger and was literally brought out a hamburger patty on a plate by the food runner. No bun. Never have I ever ordered from here before (or any burger joint anywhere) and received a burger patty lying on a plate and not on a bun. My boyfriend and I were there yesterday evening for dinner. Food was delicious! However, and I'm not one to complain but the service was horrible! Our waiter never stopped by after delivering our food to see how everything was. After my boyfriend sat there for 10 minutes with an empty glass and wanted more of the "bottomless fries", I finally had to interrupt another server walking by to have him find our server for us.
