Our server was good but that was about it. Tons of tables all around that never got bussed. so as I'm eating my very dry wedgie burger all I see are dirty tables and crap all on the ground. And back to the food. My burger was very over done and my sweet potato fries were basically chips they were so over cooked and burnt. I hadn't been to red robin in over 5 years and last I remembered it was so good but today it was a big flop. Probably will never be back.
It was okay the food was good but the servers some them were just standing around not really doing anything our server was great waited on us wonderfully. One of the server dropped someone French fries and just left them on the floor.
Food is always good but for some reason the wait staff are very lackluster , ordered milkshakes when they brought them to the table contents was running all over sides and not given a napkin utensils water anything finally my husband went to the restroom to get us towels to clean the sides up so we could touch them to drink. Very long wait time between that and our meal and not one person stopped by to check on us. Probably will not return to this location
Went here for lunch yesterday with 3 of my friends 2 Of our burgers were burnt it wasn’t like they were busy we were the very first customers in the door, doesn’t look good, they did replace one of the burnt burgers and discounted the other, but if Burgers are your business you should be able to do them Right!!
We usually love it and today was terrible. It was right at a two hour visit which is ridiculous. Our kids food came out about 15 min before ours then ours was not hot. We waited 7 min for ranch and honey mustard. Just a terrible dining experience.
Waited twenty minutes to get seated four tables were open. We wait for almost a hour and a half for our burgers. I ask the waitress if they went to the cow pasture and had to kill the cow for my burger.She laugh it off and left twenty minutes again I asked the waitress if it takes a more time for my burger to get cooked i asked the waitress for the address there so I can have my social security check sent there!!!
