Food is good. 3 stars is for poor service. 2 workers were talking when we walked up to be seated. They looked at us continued their conversation about shoes then finally sat us. Once seated we waited at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. The only reason we didn't walk out is because my 9 year old loves the food which was GREAT.
This was my first time here. We waited a good 15 minutes before our server ever came to the table. We had to go ask the hostess for silverware. Had to ask for my daughter’s coke twice...not sure why it wasn’t brought with the other drinks. It was almost an hour before we got our food. This was at 4:00 - the place was empty when we arrived. NEVER AGAIN.
Overrated! $13 for $2 burger.. You know those cheap nasty burgers people sell out of a freezer in the back of their trucks? They taste just like those.. Bottomless fries was undercooked with no flavor, horrible! Wendy’s has a better burger than Red Robin! I’ve wanted to try Red Robin’s for years and I finally give it a try just to be disappointed! I told the server no pink they bring me a burger that literally laid on the grill for 30 seconds on each side . I don’t see how they stay in business! I won’t be returning....
The food is great and my family really enjoys eating here. However, I do find the service lacking. Once they bring your good to you, good luck getting then to come back.
My wife & I are presently here. We must state how impressed we are with RICKY (our server). Top notch customer service!! We would give him a 10 if it was an option! Thank You! The manager is aware & amazing too!
