The food was AMAZING and the service was awesome!
Excellent Service, the food was made to perfection. Clean, fast. Very enjoyable lunch.
The meat tasted old, the onion rings were greasy, very little ice in my tea. the coffee was cold, the fries were cold. rating 1 thru 10 I would give them a minus 1 for a price $34 for two. I gave the waitress a $5 tip because she needed the money.
Well I ordered the Bonsai salad and that was a mistake. First of all it came without the dressing so I had to ask for some. The grilled pineapple , as advertised, was there, all 6 tiny pieces and the mandarin oranges, maybe a couple more. The teriyaki chicken was good so they got that part right ! We love going to Red Robin. The staff is always helpful in getting a table that works with our adult son who has special needs. Our son loved the staff singing Happy Birthday to him yesterday. Thanks for making our dining experience pleasurable.
My burger was delicious. Tried to order pickles for appetizer and was told that they were out which I cannot believe no pickles. Love their fried pickles so I don't know how they ran out unless a vendor shorted them or didn't show up. Service was not the greatest. Paying the bill was total chaos. I asked if I could get onion rings in place of the french fries with my burger. The answer was yes but then I get an up charge on my bill.
