Service was okay, but the waitress made me feel rushed and then when she said she would bring my toddler daughter more oranges and myself more fries, she came back only to give us the check and then we never saw her again. After 30 minutes, we paid our bill and left. My daughter was very upset because she wanted more oranges.
Service is horrible... sooo slow! Seriously sitting here with empty cups for 15 mins now.. kids haven't eaten and are getting restless. I'm over it but I'm freaking hungry so the food better be good
Waiting was outrageous an hour and a half, had to keep asking. Was asked about a reservation and if they could have seating for a party of 10 they said no reservation and yes they could accomadte a party of ten. Seated us in seperate booths after 3 x's asking only to see a round table where we all could be seated smh ...never in my life of going to red robin was waiting this bad. I will not go back to this location ever. Sorry
It's good but not amazing. The bottomless fries is a joke. They give you literally 10 fries. Then it takes 15 minutes or more to get the next 10 fries. Last time I asked for my 2nd serving up front. It didn't come. Then Again 15 minutes. I get my 10 more.
Usually love red robin was very disappointed service was bad, orders wrong, and really 4 fries with our burger and then bringing more fries 3 orders for 5 people which had 6 fries in the tray
