The food was fantastic however service was ridiculous. Wasn't even a weekend day. Was several empty tables available closed off however wait time was 25 30 minutes. I understand staffing issues and that could have played huge part in service.
Horrible experience, bad service, no service, cold food, son ordered dress cheese burger, received plain burger, conclusion they brought out cold piece of cheese, no refills on drinks or fries(which were cold to start with) fifteen minutes to get the check!! Coincidentally my father went three days prior, same experience!! To many choices for this kind of service!
Two burgers that were okay cold fries cold chili 45 minute wait time $40 tab. Never again.
I had a chicken sandwich, my daughter had a burger and my husband had fish. We started out having to wait .... no one else was waiting. The hostess finally showed up and decided to answer the phone before she seated us, so we waited. Once we were seated waitress was great!! We had the fried pickles and they were dripping with grease and the grease tasted old. My chicken sandwich tasted the same old grease. The burger was great and my husband said fish was good. Service was only positive thing for this visit.
We really enjoy Red Robin, but the service here tonight was terrible. We ended up walking out after 30 minutes of sitting. Our waiter finally came up to us and complained that we were seated in his section after he just got a large party. We placed our drink and food orders, but we never received them. We tried asking for our waiter when he was at a close table and even went up and talked to the hostess. After a bit longer, we left and went into the food court.
Today marks the third time we have gone to Red Robin to turn around and walk out. Why? Because they tell us it is over an hour wait because the kitchen is short and being slammed. I have an idea, hire more people, that is good management. When you walk into a store and see multiple empty tables and are told the kitchen cannot accommodate then you need to fix something especially when it is two in the afternoon and there are multiple parking spots open at the front door.
