Went yesterday for my birthday. Hubby had chili burger loved it but said could use more chili. I had teriyaki chicken burger yummiest. First table they sat us Down at I kept feeling water like someone taking a straw and blowing it on me. Finally told waitress she said oh no and looked up saw air conditioner dripping. So we moved. They were good about it, manager bought my dessert. I love Red Robin. Always such nice staff. Even on busy nights.
Went for mothersday grandmother went up to ask how much longer the wait would be they said they already seated us and we're VERY rude to my grandma until I spoke up!! no one called our name we waited for an hour they said it would be 45 mins. Then they seated a group on 9 before us.... I cannot believe my grandmother was talked to in the manor she was love the food but really treat an older woman like crap on MOTHERS DAY when all she did was ask a question!
This place is awesome and my first time being there
too long of a wait to get in, food took too long and wasn't really what was ordered, cramped table setting and rushed to pay and leave. never again, never.
