Standing in Red Robin Eugene with at least 5 parties, waiting for a table. It’s 5PM and your restaurant is empty...WHY IN THE HELL AM I WAITING FOR A 2 TOP???
Sad to see this place go down hill. Prices are outrageous for an okay quality burger. They ranged from $10- 14 for the "gourmet" burgers. I'd recommend hot Mama's wings or Northwest for a superb quality burger at a better price. Probably won't be spending my money at the establishment any longer.
Sometimes they have a long service, but the food is good unless you buy their limited time taco tavern burger.
The food was good, was nice to visit Eugene,Oregon.

If we had not been there for a good friends birthday we would have left. Not only did we get passed up in line a couple times we had waited over an hour to be seated. The manager on duty handed 3 discount coupons to the party. That was cool until you read the fine print. Only on orders of a $45 dollar value or more. We all split up our orders and only one bill out of 8 was above $35 yet still not enough for the discount coupons.
