I had a great Royal Red Robin! Everyone loved the food at our table even though my fries that came on my plate was ice cold! The waitress was fabulous and took care if it right away!
The waitress was so bad today that we will never go back.

Went there for my birthday and left completely pissed off! We never saw our waitress again after we ordered, waited over 30 minutes for our food (while everyone else that came in after us got their food). My wife was so infuriated she left. Then the manager comes with our "food"; minus my wife's order. My burger looked liked it came from a toy store shelf, plus it was wrong. I was given the excuse "the kitchen is backed up". Yumm
Service ducked, messed up our order twice before the manager stepped in and finally got it right. We went to lunch to eat together not sit and watch each other eat. Took ten minutes to even take our drink order and 40 minutes for food and they weren't even that busy. Very disappointing
Yummy burgers and salads and lots more to choose from! I love the Freckled Lemonades!!
With luck you'll get your burger and not have to cancel it to go back to work in Eugene. I had an hour they were right across the street, but no lunch for me that day.
