We go to this place every time we go to the valley. The waiter ignored us. Went to other tables right next to us but looked & walked away. had to ask for refills on our water (only drink) except granddaughters freckled lemonade & had to ask for that as well. DRY GLASSES ON A HOT DAY..... not happy. Had to wait forever for more fries. Deciding whether to return. Have always enjoyed Red Robin but when your not us to the heat & don't have anything to drink????? They weren't that busy as well

Second time we went to This restaurant, food was cold and beer was warm! I love taking the Grandkids here! But I'm not sure we will come back again! So sad, it use to be so good!
