Love this place! Every visit we have had has always been exceptional! We have NEVER had a bad experience! From the service and food Red Robin is where you can enjoy one of the best burgers and stake fries in town! The restaurant it's is really cool to be in! Thank you to all the staff at Red Robin for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of!
I loved it! I don't know why some others felt they had a bad experience here, but I loved it. I'm usually very critical about restaurants because I myself have and do work in the restaurant industry and I expect great service, and they didn't fail to impress us! We arrived around 7:30 or 8 and were put on a waiting list. I expected to wait an hour but only had to wait 10 or 15 minutes. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. I had the teriyaki chicken salad. It was wonderful! I had leftovers (a first) for the next day.
Great Burgers!!!! I recommend Red Robin!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!
1) I ordered an appetizer when I ordered my drinks...but NEVER got them 2) my empty glass was right where he could see it and never once asked if I wanted a refill til 20 min of being empty 3) he never asked if we wanted more fries til we were waiting around for our check 4) my friends food was nasty and soggy
