I do not like the idea that just because we have more than 7 in our party we will have at least an hour wait.
Normally great food. Today they fell short. I had the French onion soup, I've had it there before a couple of years ago. Today it was a bowl full of soggy bread with melted cheese on top. My husband ordered the Poutine fries. Don't waste your money unless you're a fan of canned mushrooms! His was a new unknown item, but had he known it had canned mushrooms he wouldn't have ordered it. I love going to Red Robin. We get good food and excellent service. One of the favorite places for our family to go. Love their Double Tavern Burger and Fries. Keep up the good work !!
Thanks for parking my huge pregnant self in a stool. Not bad enough I have a head pushing on my pelvis. Terrible service, we will never come back.
New red robin sucks! Fancy cups for fries unnecessary! New menus sucks! Service scrappy! Get back on track....I won't be going back until you can make a correct Cadillac margarita!
