Good luck getting greeted. Stood there for 5 minutes on a slow Sunday evening and couldn't get acknowledged. Must be a tougher job than I thouht to ask how many people are in a dinner party.
Honestly, some awesome people! My son left his birthday present there a week ago. They contacted the company that we ordered it from (the company's name was on the box along with all our shipping info) and the company contacted us about it. It would have been so easy for an employee to take off with it. I am very happy with the service, honesty and integrity from the employees at Red Robin, and their food is excellent too!
Who knew it would take almost 50 minutes for what we were told would be a 30-35 minute wait to be seated, wait another 50-60 minutes for our food to come out (including the appetizer), then get the bill with nothing compensated on it, then spoke to the manger who told told us he can only offer one free appetizer card to our table who had 3 couples seated, because he only had a few left and needed them for other tables, and wouldn't comp our drinks. Horrible service.
Usually really love red robin's. Went in for lunch today and was stuck in the back corner where we froze with the air conditioning going. Shouldn't have to bundle up inside to eat!
