One word AWESOMENESS!!!
As always great food and service. Parking is a little tight.
We never expect good service when we go here but this last visit takes the cake. We asked 2 different people, 4 different times for a high chair. It took multiple attempts to get water. Once we had all the food ordered, we finished the appetizers then waited another 15 min for food. The whole point of appetizers is to distract our kids while the food is made, it’s usually good timing. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t know what took so long. Just experienced my first Red Robin visit, and I must say I was surprised considering how I have always heard great things. The service was HORRIBLE. The wait to take are order was over 25 minutes with no water, as we watched SEVERAL employees standing around chatting, the wait for our food was even longer. I’m confused as to why they offer bottomless drinks and fries but you have no contact with any wait staff to refill the small portions you begin with? Unfortunately I am unable to comment on RR’s food... tried to schedule a Birthday party and we had 25 people attending. Promised on the phone we would have maybe a 30 min wait! To our astonishment the Manager said it would be a 2 hour wait... thank heavens Dickie Jo’s was close enough and handled all our guest...Red Robin.... you lost out on some business, but there are now 10 families that won’t step foot in your establishment...
Service and food were excellent. The place needs a good scrubbing. After Holiday mess I suppose.
Wow, guess it’s a good thing I didn’t read the reviews before stopping in for dinner . I’ve not eaten at a Red Robin for a while so I’m not going to compare . Unlike some of the comments here , actually by burger was good , but that’s where it ends . Service was lacking , and the order at the table gizmo , in my opinion only contributes to that . I don’t wish to generalize , but your staff was young and I’ve discovered that a lot of that generation just have no idea of work or how to interact with people , sad really .
