Ordered the California chicken, supposed to have guacamole but that wasn’t on my sandwhich. The bacon was flavorless and paper thin. I bit into the chicken and it was rubbery. When I told the waiter he said “that’s how our chicken usually is” I love chicken sandwiches and I’ve never had one that tasted rubbery. It was awful. They took the item off my ticket but I was still disappointed.
The food was great. The service was good. Had to wait on fries but other than that no complaints.
Just walked into Red Robin and was seated right away! � Not busy at all, handful of cars in parking lot. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a server. 4-5 servers walked by and never said a word!! Finally got up to walk out and told manager and 2 servers thank you for ‘NO SERVICE’!! Manager never said a word, no apology, nothing!!! ��� Never going back!! SUCKED!! Poor customer service!!!
Usually very good. I got some food to go and they just all around disappointed me. My side salad was in the box with my prime dip, and I didn't even get the au jus sauce. No napkins, plastic wear.
First and last time I will be visiting this place. I don't even know how an establishment can stay open with the kind of terrible service we received. Good food. Terrible service. Come on Red Robin, get your stuff together.
