Super awesome, love the California Grilled Chicken! Mom has a walker, the hostess was great, she was able to seat us at a shorter table. We were able to move the walker out of the way.
My husband was sick so we ordered on line. It was real easy to order and pick up. It was nice to have a take out meal at home. The staff was polite and thank me many times.
Terrence was our waiter tonight. The food is always good here but his service tonight made our supper so much more enjoyable. We observed him doing it all, even hosting us along with being our waiter and busing tables. He stopped and talked to us about the basketball game that was on, even though he had about 7 other tables! I wish that more servers were as attentive and friendly as Terrence!
This place has gone down hill. The hamburger patties are tiny, they use the smallest eggs possible, the lettuce wraps in lieu of the bun is very poor quality, not like the picture on the menu. The service was excellent, but the obvious reductions in food quantity and quantity tell a story of a struggling business. This is not how Red Robin used to be. Not sure where else they are cutting corners. Hope it was USDA beef.
Our server was amazing....I don't remember her name but we were there around 3:30 and sat in a booth right by the bathrooms. GREAT experience!!! And the foodnwas awesome as well :)
