Service was great until I ordered a shake on the kiosk after our meal. Waited and waited, then had to flag someone down to get the shake. She redeemed that matter by giving the bigger size. I have no idea what happened to the waiter we had.
1st time stopping in for a burger and to my surprise, one of the best in Lincoln ! Great wait staff too ! I will definitely be back !
Was looking forward to a nice dinner with just my son, which doesn't happen very often. Got seated and waited about 10 minutes for a server, flagged down a hostess and told her we had been waiting, she said she would send someone right over. Waited another 5 minutes and still no one, so we ended up walking out, to which the hostess said "thank you". Extremely disappointing. Was not even terribly busy.
The other times I have been there I enjoyed my meal, and service. I can understand it was busy so it takes a little longer to be seated and for food. However we waited an hour for our food to come out after we ordered, just to find out in the end that the waitress forgot to put our order in. We ended up taking our food to go. I do appreciate the manager! She did give us a discount and apologized several times. I was just disappointed that we're wanted to enjoy a meal with an out of town friend and couldn't.
We had the worse experience for the second time. We waited 1.5 hours for our meal. The manager did comp our meal but when he did at first we asked for a couple of things like a side of ranch and more napkins and refills and no one ever came back to our table. We decided to try it for a Second time because we love your burgers but never again we will never come to your restaurant.
