The server did the best she could - however when you ask for, and pay for bottomless fries, you would hope to see at least one refill. The restaurant wasn't busy, but food was 3 plates deep in the warmer. Their new manager, Krista, could be seen standing in the kitchen entrance, eating off of her own plate, while a restaurant of people waited. Great burgers.... I loved the bottomless concept... a little bit expensive for burgers.
I was stuffed! You don't leave hungry! Didn't even have to ask for refills!
Lots of places in Lincoln to get a better and less expensive burger, but it looks busy so we figured we'd try it. Waitress may have been given a section to large for her to handle. Took about 10 minutes for her to get to us. Fries were soggy and my $14.00 burger very average. Service was very average and I really hate that when I asked for the bill I was told to use the kiosk. I had intended to pay cash. The kiosk automatically suggests a 20% tip and you have to manually adjust it if you don't think the server is worth it. N... read more
Ick and way to expensive. Not going back. Not recommending.
The food and service was great. Came for a visit from out of state. Went with a friend to do some shopping. We stopped and grabbed a bite to eat. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will be back
Jenna made our meal amazing. She was an attentive, intuitive server. The food pleased our large group ranging in age from 1-57. Gluten-free menu makes life easier
