RecommendedWe got curbside pickup tonight. Our order had lots of extra dipping sauces and special requests for our burgers. Everything was perfect in the order. Nothing missing or put together incorrectly. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Since we were not really able to dine in right now this was wonderful to celebrate a family birthday.

Used to love Red Robin. Prices are getting to high as burger size is going down. I can get a good steak for they price of these burgers. Not to mention they made us ware masks to the table, but yet they handed us masks with no gloves and no service or food handlers were waring gloves. Will never go back
Turned away customers because of there medical condition .... 0 stars will never eat here again , lost more then the customer you turned away
Service was horrible never brought out fries like we asked or ketchup I get COVID has caused some changes but we had horrible service tonight our waiter walked by numerous times after asking for the fries and ketchup I will not go back.

Tonight I BEGGED my family to go to Red Robin. It took some pulling teeth but I won the battle and got my wish.. i have gone to Red Robin for over a decade and never once left unhappy let alone PISSED until tonight... of course this was our first visit (post covid) but to say that the service sucked would not be fair bc we had no service. we placed our order and sat there until our food arrived.
