This is the ultimate beef lover’s restaurant. For over 75 years the Red Osier has been noted for its prime rib dinner, which is carved and served tableside. The ribs are aged and then marinated for 48 hours in a unique seasoning, then slow roasted in a special oven. Choose from the 1-lb. Princess Cut, 1 ½-lbs. Queen Cut, 2-lbs. Always a must for friends and family who come to visit me from my home country of England. The look on their faces is priceless when the famous prime rib is served table side! The Red Osier is right up there with the best of Rochester and it's surroundings. Long Live the Osier:)
