This is the ultimate beef lover’s restaurant. For over 75 years the Red Osier has been noted for its prime rib dinner, which is carved and served tableside. The ribs are aged and then marinated for 48 hours in a unique seasoning, then slow roasted in a special oven. Choose from the 1-lb. Princess Cut, 1 ½-lbs. Queen Cut, 2-lbs. Great food, great fun.
The first time my husband and I went to this restaurant, we were not disappointed. They certainly live up to their reputation, as the best prime rib restaurant around these parts of New York State. Their prime rib just melts in your mouth. It is also, very affordable. You can order any size you like. We chose the 10 oz. prime rib. Which is very filling. We are spreading the word, just how marvelous the Red Osier Restaurant is. Excellent 5 star !!!
