This is the ultimate beef lover’s restaurant. For over 75 years the Red Osier has been noted for its prime rib dinner, which is carved and served tableside. The ribs are aged and then marinated for 48 hours in a unique seasoning, then slow roasted in a special oven. Choose from the 1-lb. Princess Cut, 1 ½-lbs. Queen Cut, 2-lbs. We celebrated three birthdays last night at the Red Osier. It has some new indoor renovations and a million lights outside the building for the holiday. The food was delicious and the staff very welcoming. It was a feast for the Christmas eye and palate! We are looking forward to our New Year's Eve dinner there! Thank you, Red Osier!

My wife and I just went there to celebrate our one year anniversary. As usual we were not disappointed! They had a local free range steak from a farm in Leroy( we just moved to Leroy) it was the absolute best steak I have had in a long time. My wife had the rack of lamb which she says is the best she has had in a long time! We love it here and now that its right down the road it will be the go to for all dinners! Great job Tim!

One of my very Favorite Restaurants in the world. Always a fantastic meal. Family celebration-anniversaries/birthdays/baby births. Always classy. Service above and beyond. Memories galore here. Good Wishes to all. Thank you to your chef a long time ago for teaching me the secret to the GREATEST Prime Rib and it has been how I made it for 25 years.
The last time i was there with my wife it was the tough and dry prime rib like it was the lowest grade of beef you can get.it should be prime grade beef for that price and it was lower then select which is great if you know how to roast it. I know many people in the business and you should use an ultra sham which cooks meat at a low heat all night. I hope the new owners have great success and will be out to dinner ☮️��
