My birthday dinner with husband was prime rib and lobster. Delicious! Heather, our waitress was awesome? The minute we walked in and was greeted by the hostess who was great to the personable meat carver made our evening special. Not a single negative thing. Thank You Red Osier!
Excellent service and an excellent meal...what you expect!
The food is incredible. It seems even better these days. I like the remodel at the bar area. The only problem is the bartending is not up to par. If the average meal is 50 bucks you should be able to order awesome drinks. We have eaten at all the top Rochester restaurants and this place is sitting at the top with about 6 other places (still gotta reinvent all the drinks, both alcoholic and non) Great Restaurant!
We will be coming back for sure!. Our server was excellent, I believe her name was Rachel maybe? All of the staff were friendly as well. The food was amazing. Lobster tail was the best I've ever had and we really enjoyed the prime rib as well. It was a bit of a long wait for the prime rib to come tableside but it's definitely worth waiting for! We had such a good night my now-fiancé popped the question here, definitely a memorable night and place for many reasons now!
Always excellent food and service! We buy the gift certificates in November and use extra certificates before the end of March. Love going there.
Our family came to celebrate a couple of birthdays and we had a wonderful time. Food was great, the special was awesome (all but one of us ordered the same 10oz. Prime rib special) and our server Sandy was exceptional! Thank you for the memories!
We had a great time, we weren't not rushed. Our waitress Sandy was very good. And in the end, the owner came over to see how our meal was. We were there to celebrate two birthdays. Looking forward to our next visit.
Burnt soup and the place needs to be gutted and updated. Food does not meet the price quote. Lobster tails curled up like lollipops for 51 a plate. Really? The meat used to be quality now its like 3rd grade you can even cut. 400 dollars for 5 people and we left confused. Sorry you need to update to 2017.
