Red Oak Car Wash is the best! They cater to women and men too, safe place and my car came out sparking clean! Don't forget to get a detail once a month! Your car will love it as you!
This place tried to change me extra to remove about 4 armor all smears from my windshield. They didn't even touch my rear window, still dusty. Wheels not dried off with water spots. Horrible customer service. Had my car washed there this morning and had to ask twice for it to be dried properly. The person who seemed to be in charge then said that it was impossible to dry it completely unless we wanted to spend more money. Then when getting in my vehicle the inside of the windshield was never cleaned.
Horrible place!!! I had my car washed n guy said gold pkg we clean inside n out real good! Seats had crumbs in it still, grass on Carpetn, back not even vacuumed. After I Called n complained Mgr says that's not true tgey do all that n there's still loose sand in my car. They don't care about lying to customers n giving poor service!! Never will go back!! I can do a better job myself for free.
Yesterday my vehicle was damaged at this car wash. Incident report was filled out and I'm still waiting on the owner to call me. Called yesterday & today to see when owner would be in and staff says they don't know. I'm surprised a business wouldn't have a manager or owner call back in a timely manner. I should have followed the advice given by many and avoided this car wash. I made sure to completely empty the inside of my vehicle so staff wouldn't have trouble cleaning it. Was there today on a Saturday, but 1 hr:18 min to wash my truck. Good job just wish they were a little faster.
