Terrible wash and poor service. 1st time there bought the $17 wash and they stayed if it rains within 7 days we will redo the wash. Well went through and front of car still covered with bugs. Poor cleaning. Well wouldn’t you know it, rained 2 days later. Went back for the re-wash and asked if they could make sure the front was cleaned better. Was told you only get the $5 drive through for the re-wash. I was told they would redo the wash I paid for. Nope just the wash not the other services I was told. NEVER again

I purched 2 fast passes and have been through a few times. Today i come through with the same Ford Tansit Connect. And was told i have to remove a ladder rack that has been on all the other times it's gone through. Another gentleman who I noticed from before said to the cashier guy... its ok hes been through a few times . He still demanded i cant go in. Service sucks & my cars never clean
Terrible communication and customer service. After paying $28 for a carwash+ we finally decided just to vacuum it ourselves.
I purchased the gold package and they are suppose to vacuum the inside. This was my front when I left there...tried contacting them and no response.
Will not take car back again! Horrible cleaning job!
Rude management,and can’t own up to visual damages that happened while my truck was in their possession.
