Service has really gone down hill. I paid $21.00 and think my grandchildren could have done better.
Big Al took care of me today. I'm an Uber driver and had the inevitable happen. Someone had too much Rich and couldn't handle their alcohol. Took my Tahoe in today and had them clean it for me. Turned out great and they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was back on its game for my next venture. I will definitely go back and appreciate their services. Not only that. It was done in a very timely manner. ON A SUNDAY. thank you Big Al for your help today.

Windows not cleaned cup holders not wiped ...Disappointed
Got a pretty good job on ultimate wash job, but like anything else, could have been better. (People never satisfied). Management and crew very nice. Also learned that story of management not providing water to workers not to be true. Was told water, needed snacks and coffee provided free of charge. I'm satisfied.
For the second time, I drive home and finished the car myself!! My car sat there, door open and unknown to me...RUNNING WITH THE AC ON!! That's happened twice lately. That's my LAST VISIT THERE!

I have been going here since this place opened. It used to be a great place that did a very good job. They even offered a free 10th wash bonus. Now they have new ownership and they have really gone down hill. I waited over an hour this morning and when they told me it was ready they did not wipe the cup holders out. I had to get a rag from them and do it myself. They left my antenna off and laying in the floor.
