Okay service. The lady at the front desk needs to be more friendly. Didn't get a hello, Didn't get a thanks for waiting, wasn't asked if I had a membership card., and I wasn't asked if I wanted to get a membership. I understand that sometimes you are having a bad day, but this has occurred on several occasions from the same person. Thought I'd give this business a 2nd chance after the last lousy job they did 6 mos ago... purchased the Platinum pkg thinking if I upgrade and come earlier they won't be too hot/worn out and do a better job this time.. still had to put my radio antenna back on before leaving the parking lot and noticed streaked windows, dusty door jams and smeared interior and dash.. c'mon fellas... and y'all were expecting a tip... take yer time and use clean rags for starters.. Great service and great people
I am buying a car from a family member and it was a dirty mess. I went to them praying for a miracle and had the expectation that anything they could do would be an improvement. My car now looks new on the inside. All the stains are gone, the floor is spotless. I am more than pleased.
Had something disappear from our vehicle today. When I confronted them it magically appeared in the bushes. I have always heard bad things about them stealing from vehicles and now I see why. We will not be going back to red oak car wash!
I have been coming there since the beginning. Use to be AWSOME. Told everyone about the great job they did. Drew and Junior were great and kept all the guys in line. In the summer I would take them powder Gatorade so they could cool down. Papa just worked them. As time went along they left. Then....my dash never looked as good. They would forget stuff. DO NOT GO THE THE RED OAK CAR WASH!!!!! They scratched up my car and have no intentions on making it right or doing anything about it. Instead they act like its not their problem and oh well. My $30 car wash turned into a $258 to get it fixed. They wouldnt even give me my money back for the carwash after they could clearly see what they had done to my car. And then I read the reviews and complaints on BBB and seen that i wasnt the only one they have done wrong. I wish I would of read that stuff sooner. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE... read more
