Employees work hard, manager is very nice, the ladies at the desk are nice and helpful too.
I have 3 cars all 3 have memberships, we've been several times this year with each car. I never noticed until the employee today pointed it out, but NOT once did we get the discount from the membership I bought. I trusted then, never again. When I talked to the owner he said that the computer system doesn't show I purchased one for any of my cars. Employees took stuff out of truck that didnt belong to them and owners didnt do anything this is 3rd time something has come up missing would not go there
My husband took my van on Monday he got the membership was told it was a $10 discount but it's not he got the $30 cleaning they didn't wipe the doors down or the cup holder I took his truck in on Wednesday told them I wanted the doors and everything wiped down and detailed she told me to get the $30 cleaning when they say it's ready they didn't touch anything on the inside I made the guy redo it but it still looks like crap I wasted $70 I called to talk to the manager and she did help me offered me a membership on my husband... read more
Beside the really bad car wash, they stole $20 from my kids car seat (I didn't know it was there). Worthless people.
Absolutely careless when it come to cleaning your car! I can do a better job for a fraction of the cost! The new owner just don't have it together like the Asian couple did years ago! Then it was the best place to go to hands down! I WILL NEVER BRING ANYTHING BACK TO GET IT CLEANED HERE AND I'LL LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO COME TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
I was pretty offended by the lady at the front desk this morning. I heard her start freaking out, she thought I ditched without paying when I was sitting right next to her watching tv, while she was cleaning spider eggs from the tables...yes, spider eggs. Then the young man came in to tell me my car was ready, the lady said "not until she pays!". What?! Very embarrassing for me. She did apologize but I cant get over that rudeness.
Worst job ever. Top of truck never dried off so it's still dirty and spotted. Had to go back twice for vacuum because it never got cleaned. Had to grab a towel and dry and clean spots off truck myself.
