Pay for a Platinum wash and get a basic then when you start asking why the door jambs didn’t get done, tires and wheels didn’t get done you get excuses.
Gold package no longer includes spraying off the fender wells. I asked the manager about it and he said I had to pay for a hand wash. Guess I’ll be looking for a new car wash.

There isn't anything like paying 150 for a wash and detail, then picking up your truck 4 hours later and having to take it to the carwash to do it yourself. I spent 30 minutes in their lot wiping theteuck down myself! I asked the manager why it wasn't cleaned properly and he told me I should have bought the 300 dollar package, his exact words were " you only get it half clean for 150". I think anger management would be a start so you know how to treat customers. I'd also hire a staff that cares about their jobs. That would help with business so stuff like this doesn't happen again. Js. my friend came here and they were extremely rude to her. I don't recommend them until they get it together.
